I'm not a veteran blogger nor am I a new blogger, but I like to think I know a little something about blogging :)
I'm going to be compiling a post with tips, advice, info, and other stuff about blogging dealing with some of the following topics:
- Blogging
- ARCs
- Author Interviews
- Reviews/Rating systems
- Publicity/Followers
- Contests
- Memes
- and more
I have some ideas of what I'd like to say, but first I want to know what YOU want to know. So, new (or any really) bloggers, if you have any questions at all about any of the above topics or anything to do with book blogging in general, please comment below or send me an email (kelseythebookscout at gmail dot com). Any bloggers or authors who want to throw in their two cents let me know!
Answers to the questions will be compiled in a post next week.
I always love to see where people get their ARCs.
ReplyDeleteWhat all should you include in a review?
How do you write a review?
ReplyDeleteThis is a question from the author end of things.
ReplyDeleteThe ARC question recently came up in an author forum. As you probably authors get a handful of ARCs for their own distribution and publishers also send out ARCs to their own list of chosen ones.
Anyway, assuming as authors we chose to bestow some of our small amount of ARCs (somewhere between 20 and 30) how do you think we should choose where to send them?
I've been thinking of trying to organize a sort of book blogger ARC tour that would work something like a chain letter to try to get ARCs to all the bloggers that were interested. What are your thoughts on something like this?
We have just gotten several ARC's, what should be done with them after they have been read and reviewed?
ReplyDeleteI'd just like to know how you got started :)
ReplyDeleteI like your idea Kelsey. I look forward to reading your post once you get it all together. =]
