Find Out Friday: Scarlett From the Heart

So in honor of BBAW I did an interview swap with Scarlett of From the Heart!

Who or what inspired you to become a book blogger?

My best friend has a book blog and she told me I should try it out. So i did.

We know you love books but is there anything else you are interested in?

Hmmm anything sci-fi related. I also love music, I play guitar, keyboard and clarinet. I also do singing.

Describe a typical day in your week.

Get up, go to polytech, come home, work on assignments, go to the gym, practice my music, read, then go to bed.

What is one thing not many people know about you?

My middle name is Georgia.

What kind of books are your favourite?

Science fiction and fantasy.

Why do you like to read?

I like reading because I can go off on adventures and be part of the adventure with the people in the books.

Whats your opinion on books becoming movies?

I think its neat, sometimes they kinda make a mess of things but its always good to see other peoples ideas about the story.

Tell us a little about your blog.

Well it's called From the Heart because all my reviews come from the heart. I do reviews, blogger interviews and sometimes have contests. It can be found at http://scarlettfromtheheart.blogspot.com

What do you use as a bookmark?

I have a really pretty bookmark that my friend made for me which has all the actors who've ever played Doctor Who on them.

Describe your ideal reading place.

In my bed, with a bunch of cushions around me.

Got any books you think people should definitely read before they die?

Probably His Dark Materials series by Philip Pullman, and the Remnants series by K.A Applegate

Got any future plans for your blog?

Just to keep doing what I'm doing. I'm also creating a new book blog which is like a little book club with guest posts, author interviews and prizes. That one is http://numubookclub.blogspot.com

Thanks so much Scarlett!
